Hi, I'm Prashant Sharma
EdTech Startup Founder @ Immersify
Ex Neuroscience Researcher @ UTokyo
Based in Tokyo, Japan
As a neuroscience researcher at the University of Tokyo, I spent years studying how the human brain processes language and information. My research focused on cognitive patterns in multilingual individuals and the neurological foundations of language acquisition.
This work gave me profound insights into how humans interact with and internalize information, knowledge that proves invaluable when designing AI systems that complement human cognition.
Following my academic career, I founded a language learning startup in Tokyo that leverages large language models to create immersive learning experiences.
Building this company from concept to successful implementation taught me firsthand how to overcome the challenges of AI integration, from technical hurdles to user adoption. Thus, demonstrating the practical application of my approach to AI implementation.
Consulting Evolution
The successful launch of my startup led many business leaders to seek my advice on implementing similar AI solutions in their organizations. What began as informal consultations has evolved into a dedicated practice helping organizations harness the power of large language models through scientifically informed approaches.
My Approach
My consulting philosophy is built on three core principles:
1. Neuroscience-Informed Design
I create AI implementations that work with human cognitive processes rather than against them. This approach results in solutions that feel intuitive to users and integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
2. Practical Over Theoretical
While my academic background gives me deep theoretical knowledge, my focus is always on practical application. I believe the best AI solutions are those that deliver measurable results and solve real business problems.
3. Capability Building
My goal is never to create dependency but rather to build your team's capabilities. Every engagement includes knowledge transfer components to ensure your organization develops internal expertise.
